ACE OF BREAKS is a collection of cinematic drum breaks, one-shots, percussion loops, and original compositions inspired by classic casino, heist, and mob films. From high-stakes poker games and late-night getaways to smoky Italian restaurants and tense underground meetings, every sound was crafted to capture the energy, suspense, and swagger of vintage crime cinema. Every drum break was performed on vintage drum kits and pushed through a 1970s Pioneer reel-to-reel tape machine and a Tascam cassette deck, then recorded with both close and room mics to deliver raw punch, grit, and the feel of a real drummer in a classic studio.

The original compositions continue that cinematic direction, blending fast-paced getaway grooves with darker, suspenseful moments. Recorded entirely with vintage instruments and analog tape, they capture the classy, mysterious atmosphere of classic casino and heist films while giving you authentic textures ready for Boom Bap, cinematic Hip Hop, Lo-Fi, film scoring, and beyond.
