BreakZilla is all about grime and power. Live recorded drum breaks, thick one shots, dark melodic textures, and tape saturated punch that feels pulled from a basement studio or a forgotten record bin. Drums were captured using traditional vintage techniques, multiple classic kits, and real analog gear, including a 1974 Pioneer tape machine, giving everything natural movement, saturation, and knock.

The heart of the bundle is the breaks. Heavy boom bap grooves with serious swing and impact, backed by punchy kicks, cracky snares, dusty hats, toms, cymbals, fills, and percussion that make building beats fast and instinctive.

On the melodic side, you get dark bass tones, warped keys, fuzzy guitars, ambient FX, and gritty textures that add atmosphere without stepping on the drums. The bundle also includes 10 exclusive compositions with full stems and master clearance guaranteed, ready to flip or release.

On top of the three packs you get 160 bonus files you only get here: 60 bonus drum breaks and 100 bonus one shots, exclusive to this bundle.

Thank you for purchasing this sample library. Please refer to the license included in this pack for the full license, legal terms and further details.

What am I able to do with these samples?

All audio materials are provided free of clearance requirements solely for use within independently released musical works. Licensees may commercially distribute such works and retain all resulting revenues.

When do I need to clear a sample with the creator?

Drum loop samples and all one-shot samples in this pack are royalty-free. Clearance is only required for compositions on major label releases or large independent releases where streams have surpassed 5 million. You will be required to split the producer royalties and publishing with the creator of the sample, along with co-production credit and a producer fee, which is the responsibility of the releasing label.

What splits can I expect on a major label clearance?

The sample creator will be due:

  • 10% publisher’s share and 1% producer royalty for samples used ≤ 10 seconds.
  • 15% publisher’s share and 1.5% producer royalty for samples used between 10–30 seconds.
  • 25% publisher’s share and 3% producer royalty for samples used over 30 seconds.

All samples and compositions in this pack are licensed for use within your own productions. The original master recordings remain the property of Tamuz Samples. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use and distribute works that include these samples. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the original samples, whether modified or unmodified, as standalone audio files or within another sample library.

For use of these samples in video games, films, TV, ads, or other media, additional clearance may be required. For all sample clearance inquiries, please contact tamuzsamples@gmail.com.
