Description

Stop searching. This is everything you have been looking for.

The Everything Bundle brings together 52 Tamuz Samples packs and over 60GB files of drums, compositions, and melodies that feel right the second you press play. These are sounds used by producers all over the world, built from scratch, played live, and shaped through real gear and tape with one goal in mind, instant inspiration. No filler, no recycled sounds, just material that drops into your session and works.

This is as complete as it gets. When it comes to drums, compositions, and musical ideas that actually inspire, it does not get bigger than this. These are the kind of sounds you keep coming back to for years, the ones that stay relevant and keep delivering no matter how your sound evolves. In terms of quality and depth, this sits at the highest level of what is available today, brought together in one place at a value that is hard to match.

Sample Clearance Information

Thank you for purchasing this sample library. Please refer to the license included in this pack for the full license, legal terms and further details.

What am I able to do with these samples?

All audio materials are provided free of clearance requirements solely for use within independently released musical works. Licensees may commercially distribute such works and retain all resulting revenues.

When do I need to clear a sample with the creator?

Drum loop samples and all one-shot samples in this pack are royalty-free. Clearance is only required for compositions on major label releases or large independent releases where streams have surpassed 5 million. You will be required to split the producer royalties and publishing with the creator of the sample, along with co-production credit and a producer fee, which is the responsibility of the releasing label.

What splits can I expect on a major label clearance?

The sample creator will be due:

  • 10% publisher’s share and 1% producer royalty for samples used ≤ 10 seconds.
  • 15% publisher’s share and 1.5% producer royalty for samples used between 10–30 seconds.
  • 25% publisher’s share and 3% producer royalty for samples used over 30 seconds.

The essentials

All samples and compositions in this pack are licensed for use within your own productions. The original master recordings remain the property of Tamuz Samples. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use and distribute works that include these samples. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the original samples, whether modified or unmodified, as standalone audio files or within another sample library.

For use of these samples in video games, films, TV, ads, or other media, additional clearance may be required. For all sample clearance inquiries, please contact tamuzsamples@gmail.com.
