Tamuz presents DRUM LORD VOL.2, a 100% real production toolkit built entirely from real instruments, real playing, and real analog gear. Inspired by Westside Gunn, The Alchemist, Freddie Gibbs, Action Bronson, Joey Bada$$, DJ Premier, and more, this volume is dedicated to true boom bap, dark, raw, and human at its core.

Every sound was created by hand and pushed through vintage gear, including Pioneer and Tascam tape machines, to capture a gritty, punchy tone that feels alive. At the center of the pack are 200 boom bap drum breaks, recorded on vintage acoustic kits through classic microphones and processed to hit with weight and texture. They’re ready to be dropped in as is or chopped into your own rhythms.

The one shots come directly from these sessions, hats, snares, kicks, fills, toms, percussion, and cymbals, all shaped for clarity and impact while keeping that raw, underground character. On the melodic side, the sounds were recorded using a real Rhodes Mark I from the 70s, a Wurlitzer 206, a 70s P-Bass, and vintage guitars, all run through analog gear to deliver warm, musical tones that naturally sit with the drums.

Hat loops and full percussion loops are included to help you lock into a groove fast and build momentum without losing feel. And at the top level, you’ll find 4 full compositions with stems, each one crafted with intention, built from the ground up using the same live instruments and analog process, aiming for dark, heavy, and expressive boom bap records that are ready to be flipped or taken straight into a full track.
